What is I with these apps that just dont work. Major delay if even repeats back. Just not worth it.

This app is a rip off. It will not record. Also it would be great if it could be used to send a message with the puppy speaking in the senders voice. I give up ... Will not record. It does not deserve any stars. Had to click a star or this would not except this review. Sorry folks ..... Hope it will improve and receive this criticism in a positive way. Even if it is from a dissatisfied customer
